Elegant original chest from the 17th century from Tuscany.
The chest was made of solid walnut wood.
The lid is decorated on the edge with a frame, which is provided with a serrated nail.
On the front of the chest there is a carving with flower motif, which was made by hand in engraving technique.
Two diamond pilasters mark the central carving of the chest.
Along the cornice, at the bottom of the bench, there is a secret that gives pleasure.
The feet were added later.
The chest end was made with shellac and beeswax.
